SOLVED raid block size?

anyone know the best block size for the hd's for raid.the manual didn't show this screen so i was unprepared to make the correct choice.the choices ranged from 4 to 64.i chose 32 because i had to go on to finish setup,but sandra says block size is to large and suggest i convert to fat 32,which it allready is.
is there a link i can research?i have looked but find nothing on this anywhere.
