RAID Recognition in win 2003

I had a RAID 0 array on win xp and now that i have Win2003 on i would like to have it see my drives. I have installed the most current drivers and i get this error "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" any ideas?

Maybe the drivers aren't compatible with Win2003.

umm this may be a dumb question but what is win2003?
is it a server os?
ive heard of win2k or xp but i just want to keep up.

Got it worked out, thank you guys for the help. Turns out after 3 restarts it started to work, go figure . Deathstar, yes Win2003 is the new server OS from MS. Its pretty nice so far and i like it cause it doesnt come with alot of the junk winxp and 2000 have.
