Raising MTH & MCH voltages

I'm in need of some advice with my Asus P3C2000 mobo. Other than replace it please. The advice I'm am seeking concerns the MTH and MCH voltage selection that controls the voltage supplied to the CPU's I/O buffer. Such as at what point when o.c. would such an increase be needed. Anybody out there have anysuch information on this mobo or know where I might be able to access a user base. I'll graciously take whatever I can get thrown my way.
