Hello, all. I wish to overclock my PC's RAM, but the controlls are not in the BIOS. My PC is a customized Dell Dimension 8100 with these specs:

1.4GHz Pentium 4A CPU without HyperThreading, 256KB Cache
Intel Dimension 8100 motherboard w/ 850E chipset
nVidia GeForce FX 5200 AGP 8x 128MB DDR video card Overclocked from 250MHz/200MHz (400MHz effective) to 300MHz/240MHz :D :D (480MHz effective)

My RAM is Rambus PC3200 RDRAM (32-bit) at 400MHz.

I need a tool to overclock my RAM (latency tweak), and, if possible, OC my CPU. My BIOS doesn't let me modify my power, latency, FSB, multiplier, etc.

(BTW: I have tried CPUCool, SoftFSB, and other PLL tools for OC'ing my FSB, but they are not compatible with my PLL)

Any suggestions? :-/
