Ram upgrade.. Whats the best right now?

Currently have 4gb of Crucial XMS2 DDR2 800, but I run alot of VM's and running Vista which means I'm eating 1.4gb of ram as soon as the system boots up. So I've considered upgrading again and going to 8gb. I don't keep up with memory as much as I do other things so I don't know which would be the best to get.

Any suggestions?

If you don't have that overclocked get something similar in matter of timmings and voltage to pc6400. Gskill, mushkin, ocz have decent kits.

Are you running Vista 64-bit?
