Intermittantly, running different programs, I suspect memory but it is only a few months old and never gave me trouble before. I got the BSOD once overclocked to 3.8 ghz and twice at factory settings. Is there a recommended utility to check for causes?

What was the exact STOP error in the BSOD? Open Event Viewer and check for the latest critical error that occured, then paste it in this thread. Aside from that, check for RAM stability w/ Memtest86+.
