random reboots

i keep gettin random reboots aka bsod from xp.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0xf71eb8bc, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf71e3281). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini021405-01.dmp.



anyone have any ideas whats wrong? i dont htink i have anything on irq2. it said driver irq equal or less .. thanks

posting system information would be a great help, otherwise ppl don't have a clue as how to help you.
i.e. cpu name, motherboard, memory type and timings, power supply, running stock or overclocked.
