Raptor Performance... Reality vs Benchmark

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone know what the best strip size is for raptor raid-0 game load up, windows load up, etc. I currently have it at 8k... is less better.. is more better? I know that the lower I set the strip then the better benchmark scores I get, however the benchmark programs test the hdd with big files... would it be better to get crappy scores with benchmark programs but a better system performance due to the fact that most files we use are smaller ones?

I don't remember exactly but I think I left mine at default which is 16k.
Either way I'm finding the Raptor raid nice and fast.

Chainbolt (a very very knowledgable HD person) recommends 16K for best performance over here:
