This is the first attempt at ray tracing for nVidia. Of course in the future it will improve but as of now, especially with no games covering it ; even if they did I know it will be slow like 30fps at 1080p. It's not like nVidia magically came out with ray tracing support and its smooth and fast game play.

Ray Tracing is sorta a campaign for us to buy the card. Well not a gimmick its reality,, but not any time soon and if it happens soon don't expect performance out of it. Ive done a lot of research on Ray Tracing and its not just the card and how fast it is, its how the card reads the Ray Tracing and how it outputs it.

Ray Tracing with performance, not any time soon imo. Please anyone with different thoughts or views post them as Ray Tracing is the future!!!

Thanks

I'm not sure what "awareness" there needs to be. It's a new technology, that always comes with quirks and performance issues. Will close the thread.
