Two slot definately. You'd have less chance of all 4 sticks not being able to stay in sync at higher FSB's. That's also a reason why when you see people w/ outrageous 166+FSB's they generally don't have more than 256MB of ram.

With that said, I could get a max of 118mhz FSB w/ all 4 slots filled. I bet just 2 slots could hit 133mhz as long as u use quality ram. I haven't tried as I can't find my 2nd null ram slot. Also I like having a gig of ram and turning off my swap=)
