It's lower than all the review temps I've seen, which all had stock coolers, the founders cards were in the 80s and the couple reviews for the aftermarket pcb cards have all been in the 70s, so your doin better than those.
For a GTX 1080 which looks like its on a 120.1 rad, can't tell so correct me if I'm wrong, looks good on those temps. Granted you're not pushing it that hard I don't think and that GPU is very power efficient out of box. We'd usually say 120.2 but it's looking good from here.
I agree with GTXJackBauer, it looks like you've got a 120.1 setup, and I would recommend also 120.2, so you're doing pretty well I'd say based on the numbers people are seeing on air (mid 70C-ish).
