Really confused.... sigh

I have a Chaintech ti4200 128mb, that has both an analog and a DVI connector. The specs read, "dual monitor support." Now, does this mean I can hook both my 21" analog CRT, and my 15" DVI LCD to this card, or does it only support one or the other, at one time?
