Really thin CAT5 cables?

I remember seeing something about really thin CAT5 cables being made, but like only in Japan or something at the time. I was wondering if anyone else had heard of these and could gimme any related links.

I think your thinking about the flat silver ones (also known as satin, and flat satin). Although it is 8 wire, DO NOT use it for networking. It's not designed sheilding nor crosstalk wise for normal networking. It's designed to be used on the comm port of routers and other networking equipment.

they're also generally wired as rollover, and not as straight or cross..
