Reboot in XP

One of my friends jsut installed XP Pro, and it'S restarting everytime he tries to shut down. Any ideas ?

minoukat, What board and which BIOS version is he running? Also, any other system specs that might be helpful...since the shutdown problem (reboots instead of shutting down) can be caused by so many different things.

Installing Easy CD Creator 5.0 without any patches will cause this problem. www.roxio.com has patches available.
