I'm going to buy a mobo and about 512Mb ram to build an AMD system. Tell me some highly recommended mobos to choose one and some about ram. Muskin and Crucial, which is better? Or any other.

Note: I build this system to OC and OC...

I have and would recommend an Iwill KK266(R), that is of course if you want to use SDRam, If it's DDR ram you want, definately go with a board based on the 760 chipset, but keep in mind the DDR camp is still pretty new, and not all the players have showed up yet... as for Mushkin v. Crucial, it depends on who you ask, Mushkin is considered by many to be the "creme de la creme," but some would say crucial is just as good. Either one is good, it's kinda like having to choose between a Porche and a Lamborgini (sorry about the spelling), boy do I wish I got to make that decision everyday!

i mighe be wrong but i think the Iwill KK266 can use SDRAM also-maybe not. Mushkin vs Crucial-well more people say that Crucial ram is better- but who really know-they are both AWESOME ram-you might wanna try corsair of good Micron Ram they are alomost as good but a little less expensive. Personally id go with Mushkin for the Money and Quality
