Recommendations For Slot 1 Mobo w/Piii-750 Coppermine & AGP 4X?

Hey folks,

Anyone here got a good recommendation for a solid overclockable motherboard for my system? I'm not having much luck with my current board and hope a new board will help this. Here's what I've got:

Piii-750e coppermine retail
Cardexpert Geforce 2 MX (AGP 4x)
ATA-66 60 Gig Maxtor Hard Disk
crappy ensoniq sound card

I'd like a board I can use to bring this puppy at least up to 900 comfortably. The chip (as you know probably) runs at 100fsb but I'd like to bump the board up to 133 stably if possible.

Recommendations?

Abit SH6. The only slot 1 i815 boards ou there I think. Sof Menu 3. It has 4x agp. But only supports up to 512 Ram. It runs kind of expensive though $125-170 range.
