Depends on how completely you want to drain the system: rads and blocks are hardest to get completely empty.
For a fast and easy way to drain a water cooling system add a T-Line to the lowest point and use a valve to close it off.
Remove the plug from your upper T-Line and open the valve in the lower T-Line and the system will be about 95% empty in seconds!
