Registry question???

Does anybody know of or have used a program to remove selected keys from the Win98 registry?

What I'm specifically looking for is a program to delete the Internet Explorer 6.0 directory and delete all of the registry keys associated with it EXCEPT for the Admin Policy key for IE.

This would need to be a small program (emailable) that would be run on a client machine prior to installation of IE 5.0 or 5.5.
