I thought about necro rising one of the old threads from rainless or myself about 3.21 removing OtherOS but necroing threads seems to irrationally irritate people. Here is the class action settlement (for up to $65) for you if you purchased a fat PS3 between November 1, 2006, and April 1, 2010 and used the OtherOS functionality.

If only I could prove that I owned that old PS4... I mean sony would have to KNOW that I owned it... because it was registered to my account... and OF COURSE they have a record of that.

You can. All they need is your email address that you used for your PlayStation network, or your psn ID, or the console serial number.
