Remmove Chipset cooler from A7V266-E?

Anyone has bad experiences with removing the pesty chipset cooler from the Asus A7V266-E? I wanna chuck a zalman passive sink on it instead, in my question to get the noise on my xp2100+ down to a minimum... right now I just need to kill the chipset cooler and the mosquito-screaming fan from the MSI-G4-Ti4400....

im sure all chipset coolers are removed the same
take the mobo out of the case and sqeeze the plastic tabs
and push thru the hole
the sink comes rite off
ive done many of them with no problem
