I have downloaded the remote desktop app for android on my mobile phone I used to use Team viewer but lately Ive been getting connection issues were it wouldn't connect at all to it would then drop after so many mins anyway I've gone through the phone app and it see's my PC straight away, when my PC at home is turned on. I've also enabled remote desktop connections now the phone app asks for a user name and password but on my Win 10 PC i don't have a password just my account so it signs in straight away from cold boot I've always done this as there is only 2 people who access it anyway.

I enter my name that my account is on Windows 10 but I don't have a password as stated but it won't connect can anyone help its just so I can fix any issues my partner has if I am away in the future

I use Anydesk but have a commercial license. The license fee is considerably cheaper than Team Viewer.

If you are still getting disconnects in AnyDesk, try Settings>Connections Tab>Disable Direct Connections
