Remote Shutdown

Im currently running a win2k machine and a win98SE machine.
What I want to be able to do is shutdown the 98se machine from the win2k machine....
Anyone know of any commands, OS or other that will do this?

Yes there are NET SEND command that will do this. Unfortuneatly they escape me. But they do exist.
