Removing stock NB cooler on NF7-S - how??

I am going replace the stock NB cooler on my NF7-S V2 and am unsure how it is attached. I notice it is held in place w/ what appear to be 2 white, spring-loaded pegs/screws of some kind. How do you remove these to get it off?

I hope it's not necessary to unmount the motherboard from the case...but oh well if it is.

PS. Anyone have any problems installing the Vantec IceBerq solid copper version on this board? (LINK)

Yeah, you have to take the mobo out. Just use some pliers, non-magnetized ;), and carefully squeeze the tabs together on the back of the mobo. Piece of cake.

Like the others said, just be careful with the mobo. It's a fairly easy task to accomplish. Be sure to use AS5 with the new hs.

yeah i just used my fingers. gotta give a good wiggle or twist as mentioned. i was worried at first as it really seemed stuck on there, but it eventually came off.
