Nothing too terribly important, but I've been wondering about it for a while and thought I'd get some minds other than my own on it
Hypothetical:
You install Windows SP1a and upgrade to SP2, and decide to revert back to SP1a.
Unfortunately for you, you deleted the $NT* folders and can't revert
Would a repair from the Windows SP1a CD successfully revert windows from SP2, or would a brand-new fresh SP1a install be required?
Remember, this is a Hypothetical, so don't ask me any questions about hardware, or anything physical. Considor this a chat in Windows theory.
