Retail Celeron II cooler by Intel vs. Thermaltake Golden Orb

Who wins? And are there different types of Cleron II coolers by Intel (e.g. different ones for Coppermine and Tualatin)?

I need to know this because i want to do some OCing with an old Celeron II 633 MHz.
