To all of you wondering if the front door on the Antec sx1040 will close with a Rheobus installed, the answer is no. To make it close, you need to trim the knobs down to 0.468 or less. I just thought I’d let everyone know.

BTW, when you’re done grinding them down, don’t pick them up right away like I did. There’re very very HOT. :p

Hey thanks for the advise... I was about to get a bus for the same case...BTW, would that be the case for pretty much any bus, I would think they are similar in size/specs?

I'm not sure. The problem was the far left and far right knobs. The door just curves in too much, and they hit it. But if you have a drill and a grinder or a Dremel, you can mod them so they work. that's what I did. :)

are u talking abotu the Rheobus 17w Fan Station

And does this basically apply for alll Antec's with the door on the front?

That would be the one. I got mine from pcmods.

I'm not a 100% sure about all the Antec cases with doors, but I would guess so.
