I buy everything from Newegg, because everyone says their RMA process is easy. I have not had that experience. First of all, my printer won't print the barcode on the RMA label, and neither will any of 3 other printers I tried. My other problem is that it said payment confirmation denied (I used a gift card that had 53c less than it needed left on it), and the link is broken when I try to click on "change payment". Has anyone had a similar experience and can help me?
 
I can print it just fine (as of 2 weeks ago).

I have never attempted to use a gift card over its value.

Have you attempted to use the CHAT function at newegg for help? Thats where I would go first.
 
It doesn't like it because it is an image, where the rest of the page is text. I have a screen capture of the whole page if all else fails. But no, I haven't tried that. I thought about email, but they still haven't gotten back to me from a month ago. Will try.
 
CHAT. Go to CHAT, not email.

I just did. The payment change went through, and they sent me a new label free of charge. It is now on the way (there's a UPS pickup station on my street corner)
