Sunny Florida, you can keep the midwest!!
Finally got my RMA'ed 1.2 AXIA back today. Last week it was my KK266-R that was RMA'ed. Go through all the proper steps. Turn on power, fans come on CD lights up but nothing else. Black screen, no beeps or any signals. I put a probe on the HSF and it shows that it is heating up at boot.
Have went through all the suggestions at the KK266 FAQ and can't find an error.
HELP

I really hate to ask that:

1) have you tried booting while pressing the 'Insert' key? It generally will work for me. [I know you have probably tried this ... but i thought i would recommend it]

2) Have you tried an old video card? maybe a pci video card?

If you could list what you have tried I might be able to be of slightly great utility.

Might need to restart from scratch, pull board out of case and set it on an antistatic mat, put in the essentials (cpu, video, memory, and keyboard ect...) and hook up the connectors from the case and see if you can get video. If not, you're screwed! could be grounding or something, with only the essentials it really narrows down what the prob. could be, also you might try puttin the cpu in a friends pc first and makin sure that's not the prob. but be careful takin the hsf off. Goodluck!

OH! might try switching psu's or switching ram maybe that'll help, sorry graspin at straws buddy... again Goodluck!
