Hello, i bought a second hand Rog 4080s, few months old, in guarantee, everything works fine i like the card.
I use it undervolted but i was curious to see what max potential is and i tried an overklocking.
Using Afterburner and testing in OCCT extreme gpu test card reach reaches almost 400w, +117 core clock and +1400 memory clock on full power at 131%.
What is strange for me is that with those values I reach only 2895-2910mhz. No overheating problem, the card runs at maximum 70celsius with average 67. I played with core voltage but not any impact and also not visible changes in voltage values.
It’s that an issue?? I was lucky to get a bad silicone quality or it’s quite normal this result??
I see people running 4080 on 3000mhz with 350-375w, how is that possible??

Run GPU-Z, and the monitoring tab will tell you the reason for the clock limit (or at least suggest something).
