Hi id like to know what are good settings for gaming? Also should I return this router and get a alternative one if so what router do you recommend for 20 wifi devices and one Ethernet PC?

I have a higher end Asus router and left it at default settings. You can switch between profiles to prioritize Wi-fi packets, but I didn't notice much as far as lower ping or anything in my network (also about 20 connected devices).

Are you wired or wifi connected to this router?

I believe the modes in Asus are for Wi-Fi packets, so if you're connected via ethernet, I don't think that matters.
