Running Asus P5a @ 115 MHz

I want to try and bump my motherboard up to 115MHz... Was wondering if anyone else had tried this on an Asus P5a... my processor now is a K6-2 350... it will go to down 5 to 345... but I think it will be worth it for the boost on the Motherboard... Any input here would be much appreciated... this will be my first crack at overclocking...... Thanks
