running into a wall please help

i upgraded my k7t turbo from a 1 gig thunderbird to a +1700 xp and now im getting all red leds at boot and constant reboot...ill be playing a game and it will reboot my whole system or watching movie or running edonkey ???any suggestions??

just found out there is a problem with my northbridge and athlon c cpu's....need more info ask and ill set ya up.
