Anyone out there know how to set up the WinNT command line client in WINE for Linux? I can't seem to get it to run in WINE, and Team Roper said it is actually a faster than running the linux version.

I don't have windows installed at all, so I cannot use a windows installation for all the dependent files. Wondering what DLL's and such are needed to run the WinNT CLC, other than the CLC itself.

Need to drop my Seti Times down to Windows XP levels :burn:

Here is the error...
wine: Unhandled exception, starting debugger...
err:seh:EXC_DefaultHandling Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x402b1d77

Yes. I have been running it for about a year. It is definitely faster than the Linux client. I can't tell you what that error means though.

My setup is as follows: Linux 2.2.19, No Windows OS installed, Wine build 20010526, X must be running and the following command to get everything going:

/opt/wine/bin/wine.bin -- seti.exe -proxy 192.168.1.1:5001

I din't install anything else other than the Win32 seti client.

My setup is as follows...

Mandrake Linux 8.2
Kernel 2.4.18-6mdk
Wine build 20011226

I got Visio 2000 installer to load, then it crapped out on me, so it at least functions a little bit...

You didn't have any dll's or anything else added to your windows virtual directory?
