Hi all

i couldnt find any info about the SA6 board at abit's site, and im wondering. IS it the same board as SA6R but without the raidsystem?

And can i use my celeron 500 ppga on that board til i get my p3 700e?

OR do you guys got any other suggestions about boards that i could buy that are oc friendly and bios controlled in the same pricerange lets say 100 - 200$.

Thanks

MAcsson

I could be wrong, but I don't think there IS an SA6, only the SA6R. Abit decided not to make the non-RAID version.

Abit did not make a non-RAID version of the SA6R. If you are looking in that price range, the SA6R is a great o/c friendly board whether you use the RAID feature or not.

Amen brother! I'm in the same boat. I'm mobo fickle. One day I like this i815e, next day that. Although I'm probably getting the CUSL2-C in next few days, I suggest anyone considering it visit http://www.cusl2.com first to read up on the problems some are having. aye - carrrum bah! I bet a lot of people will be releived when I finally do get a mobo. Please let us know what you decide on, and how things go with it.

Decide between CUSL2 and SA6R cause VH6II has VIA chipset and it is not so good and stable as the Intel 815 chipset.
