safe FTP server for win2k server?

Just to get impressions from people outside my usual server-based forums, I'd like to know which FTP servers you guys recommend as the safest out there for windows 2000.

We all know that FTP services are very vulnerable to one kind of attack or the other, but as I have a must-case, I'm trying to sort out whether I'll stick with my IIS5.0 built-in with a some safety-tweaks, or go for something else.

Ditch IIS and run Serv-U and Apache. The only thing I have against IIS is that most of the viruses out there are designed to take advantage of flaws in IIS. Serv-U is is a pretty good FTP Server and I dont need to explain Apache to anyone.
