Safe refresh rate for my Samtron 96P 19"

Hi all I can't stand 60 Mhz any more
I'm using 1600x1200 resoultion and I was wandering whatis the highest safe refresh rate at this res???
I tried turning back res a little but I can't stand it, everything is so big
Well any help is greatly appreciated !!!

According to the info posted there, the max refresh rate at 1600x1200 is 76 Hz.
