No, one is a 0319, and one is a 0310. The 0310XPMW is a very good overclocker, but I have not heard all that much about the 0319.

Yes the dates on them are different but they are both the 1.5vcore models of the 1700+ t-bred B. Like altec said, i haven't seen any reviews on the 319 model so i am not sure how they overclock but i have a 310 myself and it is an awesome overclocker. I have had it stable to 2650mhz on air so far so i would highly recomend it. There have been many users on the forums who have had very good luck with the 310's so i would go with that if you are looking into buying one of them
