Samsung a13 pattern

My son used my Samsung a13. He put a pattern lock on it. He unfortunately passed away from a medical issue unexpectantly. Samsung won’t help and it seems no one can. I know there has got to be a way to get into my phone that’s on my phone account to access photos etc. I’m not super savvy about electronics but could follow directions. Does anyone have advice or can put me on the path to get into my phone?

I'm sorry that didn't work. Maybe a local cell phone store rep/kid can help you since they have all the nifty tricks on how to get into the phone.

My apologies as my knowledge in cell phone is limited to power-on and make a call if you know what I mean.

Hopefully someone else will chime in.
