Just wanted to post my results for Samsung's CL40 6000 kit (2x16GB). The benchmark was done in W11 Safemode for the lowest latency possible, but hits about 54 ns when in W11 regularly.
My 12700k is at 5.1 (No E, no HT) and the cache is at 48x.
After overclocking the cores, cache, and memory - I benchmarked FFXIV, the MMORPG. My framerate went from 243 average to 297 average after overclocks, running through an in-game housing district. This is the absolute limit of my system, and has granted me a 20% to 25% increase in performance in total. If it actually scales that well in games outside of FF14, that's just as fast as the 13900k at stock for gaming.
I really look forward to the Raptor Lake Refresh coming out, since grabbing that and a pair of DDR5 7600 would be a really nice upgrade for the games I play.
Edit: Uploaded a stock 12700k image, so you can see the difference in L3 Cache. Pretty crazy!
