Sandra 2004 Keeps Locking Up! ??

Does anyone have any ideas as to why Sandra 2004 keeps locking up on me when it gets to the "File System Bechmark" in the Combined Performace Index Wizard.
It's bumming me out. Perhaps a reinstall is needed?

Overclocked? Drop back to stock and see if Sandra still locks up.
