Nice review again ED.

It seems like a perfectly reasonable card, that BIOS switch i one thing i do like, i don't have that on mine, i did have it on my last card which was a Sapphire and i do miss it even if it wasn't much use to me on that particular card.

I also like there TRIXX utility, its clear, simple and it just works.

Seems a shame about the Memory overclocking, it has me thinking what IC's i have on my card.

I wonder what the flex part is. Does the PCB flex a lot or something? :D

Yet another excellent review!

hmmmm yeah, interesting you should say something like that, The PCB on my card certainly is, shall we say flexible, so flexible in fact that when it was brand new the PCB was being pushed (bent) down by the Memory IC's from under there cooler contact plate, so much so that it was only making contact with the IC's on there inner edge.

Now its had a couple of weeks to settle in it seems to have corrected its self, the (bend) in the PCB is now almost gone and the cooler is in full contact with the top of the IC's.

FLEX is linked to its output capabilitys which is usualy more flexible than usual. FLEX series usualy are able to attach several monitors (3 or even more) without the need of any additional adapters, as far as my knowledge is concerned. Sapphire isnt usualy using the strongest GPU but its usualy a upper midrange GPU used for. It is powerful enough to tackle some solid multi screen setups and for a good budget (while that stuff usualy tends to be expensive). Just to clear something up.

My old 6950 was FLEX series too. It had the ability to attach several monitors out of the box without any adapters or whatever. It had native multi screen support and it had more MINI DP ports than other cards of same type, however, the cooling was decreased a little because some space had to be taken from the cooling slots.
