How bad is this card going to be do you think? It is supposed to be about as strong as a R8500, but by the time S3 releases it it is going to be too slow for anyone to want it!

Probably correct in saying that it will be around the same performance as a Radeon 8500, probably more along the lines of the LE version. They will most likely have to price it pretty low in order to have any takers in the retail market. Most of thier sales will probably go to the OEM market/builders.

Well I just hope they release it soon because the 8500 is starting to get too slow for mant buyers. I would like to see S3 on the scene again.
