Do you know what additional benefits you'll gain by using the Audigy drivers w/ the Live! 5.1?

Just read the SB audigy specs and compare them to the sb live i don't know exactly which ones but u get to use EAX2

So the only difference between the Audigy and the Live! 5.1 series is the drivers? The Audigy doesn't have any hardware performance advantages?
