Is there a version of linux that is compatable with SCO?

Programs desgined for SCO should compile no problem on linux. If you are talking about binary compatibility then I am doubtful - Linux uses a different kernel, but may support the binaries.

Generally SCO compatibility issues will apply to linux as a whole rather than to specific distros.
