Well, It finally arrived last week after being on back order for a few. I've been test-driving it the past few days (well duh), and its been doing pretty well for being all aluminum. Overall, it idles within a degree or same as my SK-6, and a little better when my case is on. I love the fact that its not the usual clip design that leaves a void right over the cpu core, instead its chocked full of pins. While basically the original 370, It has one good point to it in its new form. It dissipates heat quickly! I don't have an original 370 to test this with, but temps rise and fall within seconds. My SK-6 or Glaciator tend to build up the heat and dissipate slowly, taking minutes to return to idle temps. The SCX-370 does it in a matter of seconds. I guess that's one of the attributes of Aluminum, and probably the new pin design. Max temps are a little different, it tends to run a little warmer by a degree or two, ~49C, but dissipates quickly.
Ill throw it through some more specific test and compare it to its big bro the 462 this week when it arrives and hopefully get a full review out of the top 4 soon.
