SE6 Multiplicator

I have a problem with my MB SE6!! Can Enyone tell my :how can i set the multiplicatur uper?!?!?I have a Celeron 667MHz!!! I will put them to 1002MHz!FSB 103MHz , Multiplicator 10,0 , voltage of 1.85!!!! The bord does 7.0 automatical!What can I do???Please HELP ME, HELP ME!!Please vorgive me for my bad english!!!!!!!
