ok, after posting my last question abouit which HD to get, I FINALLY decided on a Segate 60GB 7200 drive....However, now that I look at the MB im planning on getting, Abit w/ata133 support, I see that the Segate HD doest support ATA133??

Maxtor, and WD both support it but I have not found any Segate drive to support it, even from their web site!!!

My question is, if this proves to be true, how much of a performance difference wil it make from ATA100 to 133?
Im also going from a 5400rpm drive to this 7200 drive so hopefully there is a good amount of improvement there:D

Should I get another drive just for this support or will it not make much of a difference? Thanks,

Thanks for the reply's... Ill take a close look at the storagereview link and try to make a decision... I was pretty much "locked" on Segate ... But will decide again after reading these reviews....
