hmm, I haven't heard of problems with the IC7 max3 and corsair, I think that would be good though, check in Intel/Abit motherboards...

Also for the LCD, are you really sure you only want a 15" one?
Other than that, that's gonna be one kickass system!

Quite a nice system, but there are some things you could improve upon without spending that much more $$:

The Power Supply concerns me, and according to this thread at the OC-Forums, Q-tec Power Supplies are not of good quality. The best solution would be to go for a Fortron/Antec Truepower 400W+, it will cost a little more, but the reliability factor is much greater than with the Q-tec.

Edit: After looking at the website again, the only Fortron option is a 350W, which may be a little small, especially if you are OC'ing. The Enhance 460W or the Enermax 460W (both not as good as a Fortron/Antec, but not junk by any means either) would be good choices.

Also, the LCD Screen you have chosen concerns me a bit, and unless you have very little desk space, a 19" CRT would be much nicer, especially in terms with the amount of screen space you gain.

The only other factor is that buying PC3500 memory would give you a little more headroom in terms of OC'ing, and only costs £11 more, but isn't really that necessary.

Other than this, you have made some nice choices. :)
