That extra 10mbs that Berkeley added has been helping the download times a lot. Last night when I uploaded the cache on one of my crunchers, the uploads and downloads seemed to be almost back to pre-bandwidth times.

I noticed it yesterday morning. Pulled down a WU in about 2 or 3 seconds instead of 20 or 30. Should reduce the number of concurrent connections.
