Yup, didn't make much of a difference running their L2 Benchmark..
All I can say for seti optimisation:
Full FSB + Agressive CAS2 timings and Ultra Turbo Ram settings
Turn off uncessary things in a bios (Refer to a bios guide and disbable and enable whichever is necessary)
Use CLI Version of Seti(Pretty sure you all know that)
Is Shadowing BIOS good or bad? I always thought it enhanced performance since ROM was so much slower than RAM, yet the link above says to disable the shadowing to free up L2 cache.
It doesn't apply directly to Win2k/XP, but it would probably be safe to assume that the NT kernel doesn't need it and it would be better to free up the RAM.
